I have something for you...

Hey lovely soul,

I’ve been thinking about how to serve you in a way that feels even more accessible and specific. So, I created something called Love Notes—for the days when you just don’t want to do it all alone.

Each pocket of Love Notes is a collection of situation-specific letters to hold and support you through the thick of it. I’m so excited to share Pocket One with you today.

There are notes for:

♡ when you feel hard to love
♡ when choosing yourself feels like betrayal
♡ when you're terrified of being the disappointment
♡ when going back feels easier than healing
♡ when silence feels like abandonment
♡ when they can’t accept who you’ve become
♡ when you're still waiting for the apology or the closure
♡ when you feel behind in life and humiliated by it
♡ when your chest is tight and your thoughts are racing
♡ when you feel too broken to be loved
♡ when you’ve survived something no one knows about
♡ when your family keeps hurting you

But I didn’t want this to be just a reading experience. I wanted it to feel more intimate. So, I recorded an audio version for each note, like a friend in your ear when you need it most.

Read it, listen to it, carry it however you need.

Love Notes (Pocket One) is now available here. And because you’re part of this beautiful newsletter community, you can use the code LNLAUNCH25 at checkout to get a special discount, available to the first 100 people.

I hope these notes bring you solace, softness, and support as you navigate your days. I hope it reminds you that you are not alone.

I’m sending you all my love.

As always, it’s been an absolute pleasure.

Catch you in the next note.
